3.5gm (1tsp) Chia seeds

5gm (1tsp) White wine vinegar

4gm (1 scant tsp) Balsamic vinegar

14gm (1 T) Olive oil

Pinch of salt

Stevia liquid - 1 drop


Whisk both vinegars into the chia seeds, add the olive oil and whisk again.

Allow dressing to sit for 10 minutes; chia seeds will absorb moisture and become plump like raspberry seeds.

Serve dressing over salad.
