 This is a simple, easy & quick recipe that can be used anytime of day! You don't even need to cook it, but it can be warmed gently in the microwave if a hot cereal is desired. This is also a great recipe to travel with since it is an all-in-one meal.



38g almond butter, ground raw almonds done at home

30g apple sauce, unsweetened

9g coconut oil, melted

0.2g - 1g ground cinnamon, calculate for your taste

pinch of salt



1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Stir very well to evenly incorporate the ingredients. 



Eat the cereal at room temperature or gently warm it.

For higher ratios, consider using ground macadamia nuts in place of the almond butter.

Thin the consistency with water if it is too thick.
