#110 I recently noticed that different brands of lox have different calories, and fat. KetoCalculator does not specify a brand, is this a problem?

You are referring to the "Salmon, chinook - smoked (lox)" in KetoCalculator. The values for this and other fish are from the USDA database. There can be variations in fish based on the age of the fish, time of year they are harvested and other factors so it isn't possible to have exact values. If you are able to get more specific fat, protein and carbohydrate values for a particular fish, you can have your nutritionist add it to his/her KetoCalculator program.
