Recipe makes 30 crackers

Each 8 gm cracker provides:

48 calories  Rato: 1.7:1 Ratio

2.2gm Protein

4 gm Fat

0.2gm Carbohydrate

1.4gm Fiber

Ingredients

Ingredients:

120gm  (1 cup) Flaxseed

120gm (1/2 cup) water

120gm/ (1 cup) Hemp Seed

20gm Olive Oil

5gm (4 tsp) Forward Seasoning – Penzeys

Directions & Comments :

Use a 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet with rim

  1. Mix water into flaxseed and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir hemp seed, olive oil and seasoning into mixture.
  3. Spread on greased baking sheet such as a rimmed 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
  4. Pat down with a large spatula to flatten to the edges.
  5. Optional: score into crackers of desired size with a knife.
  6. Bake at 300 for 20-30 minutes. Test for crispness by breaking off a piece with a spatula.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from sheet.
  8. Store in zip-lock bag.
