3:1 Ratio: Makes 4, 6 ounce servings.
Each serving has:
64 calories., 0.9gm Protein, 1gm carb, 6gm Fat and 2gm Fiber.
2 cups cold, filtered water
30g fresh baby spinach
30g green leaf lettuce
15g fresh lemon juice
3g fresh cilantro (consider fresh mint if preferred)
2g fresh parsley
2g fresh ginger root, minced very small
15g coconut oil, melted
12 drops liquid stevia (orange, lemon, & apricot flavors work great)
Make sure all of the greens have been very well washed and dried prior to weighing.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely combined.
- Divide the smoothie into 4 servings and enjoy!
Each 6-ounce serving provides (xxx) amount of fiber.
Mix a batch large enough to last the entire week. The smoothie will keep in the fridge for 5-7 days as long as it is tightly covered.
Reduce the amount of water to make a smaller serving size without changing the nutritional content.
